I am a life long traveler where I have kayaked, climbed, skied myself around the world looking for adventure from climbing Monc Blanc in France, Skiing the Valle Blanche and climbing all over the US.when a few years ago in the Indian Himalayas and hiked up a mountain that my life changed, ah you say India the place of change and how can it not be with such a variety of humanity in one place that it seems older than time itself. I started Yoga practice and fell in love with Yoga so much I became a yoga teacher with the Baron Baptiste flow as well as completing my yoga alliance 200 hour certification with Suzie Harris of Namaspa Studio.
Being avid in the outdoors I get to try out the latest outdoor and yoga gear available to me and where I decided upon Divaoutdoor. Yoga has enabled me to allow my to find the courage to follow my heart and bring me closer to my essential self . I recently completed a book called “Finding the Goddess Within” about my adventures and of course about yoga
