Summary:

When I bought the Hugger Mugger Yoga block I felt good buying something that was sustainable and not taking away something  from the environment. Alas because I practice Hot yoga I found after a while that I would slip especially after a hard workout with the high humidity and sweat.I still use the block from time to time but not in really hot classes.

I really like the Hugger Mugger Yoga block. It’s light and solid in my practice. The Bamboo really helps me gripin a hot class and I never slide unlike the foam blocks. I gave it a four star due to price.
